INGREDIENTS:
1 c. chopped broccoli
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 carrot, cut in very thin strips
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. cut up cooked chicken
3/4 tsp. salt
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
4 c. hot cooked shell macaroni
Grated Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Cook and stir broccoli, onion, garlic and carrot in oil in 10 inch skillet over medium heat until broccoli is crisp-tender. Stir in chicken, salt, and tomatoes. Heat until chicken is hot. Spoon over macaroni. Sprinkle with cheese.
